Welcome to Landscape Services at the MSU Physical Plant Division.

Maintains all horticultural materials, including litter and debris control in all outdoor areas;
Provides woody plant specimens from its nursery and greenhouse support for plant materials used in Beal Botanical Garden and the planned campus;
Maintains outdoor athletic areas and indoor arenas;
Maintains roads, bridges, walks, terraces and ornamental pools;
Maintains directional traffic and informational signs;
Executes site construction work at new buildings and for other campus improvements;
Maintains Forest Akers East and West Golf Courses;
Maintains operation and service equipment used in grounds maintenance operations.

MSU had the privilege of hosting the Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS) 2011 Regional Seminar and Site Visit. This national conference brought grounds management professionals from across the nation to MSU to learn about the latest solutions and innovations in landscape care.
